Sold wrong part that caused heat failure

i went to Active Electric to get a new ignitor for my heat. i handed them the part with the stickers still on them that even showed the voltage. they gave me the wrong part and told me to put it in. after installed it blew up and now my heat no longer works in the winter. i gave them a 230volt part and the one they gave me was a 110volt part. now the heat no longer works and they refuse to fix it even though the parts were wrong. they now say since i took it and put it in then they won't repair it. the part because of the wrong voltage is why the heat went out. now in december a week before christmas it is in the 20's and they said i don't care
