So far not a pleasant experience

I ordered a ring last week and chose to have an engraving inside. The ring arrived and it appears to be pretty flimsy for a 190 dollars ring! Also the engraving wasn’t there. When I called the customer service, the individual kept saying that he didn’t see an engraving on the order. I informed this gentleman that I had a snapshot of my order that showed I chose to have an engraving. He kept saying that he didn’t see it on my order! Had I not taken the snap shot I doubt if these people would have believed me (the customer) . Also I have been trying to in on their site and having issue.
