I recd Taos shoes. One has glue mark and is discolored and same shoe has a snag with thread sticking up and can possibly run. This is what I saw right out of the box. I should not have to pay return shipping. I phoned but you are closed. I took them to the store in Walnut Creek, Ca only to find that it closed yesterday.
