Shockingly bad service

My credit card was changed due to fraud. The page to replace it did not have any authentication on it, so I enquired how to securely change my credit card. The answer: I don't know. My response: Wow. Their response "Take off your tin foil hat". My response, I'll ask my controller to take care of it, put it on a corporate card. His response: Tell your controller to get service elsewhere. You annoy me. If it weren't so sad that the guy running the company was so miserable, it would be funny. But I kinda' feel sorry for him. Had a previous interaction with him about whether or not we could block certain numbers. He said he's check with the provider, that each provider was different. Heard nothing for quite a while so I followed up. Response was a terse "No." Definitely had the tone that he never tried. I could be wrong.
