Shed Install Rescheduled after waiting 2 months
Ordered shed for cottage on 8/20/19. Install date scheduled for 10/10/19. NOTE: @ MONTHS IN ADVANCE. Scheduled days off work to be there (75 miles away). Received call today (10/8/19) saying that installer fell off a roof and tore up his knee. Install pushed to 10/18/19 because they have to get someone in from out of town. I find this story hard to believe. Installation delays were a topic of several complaints online, but I was hoping for the best. Not only is it annoying that install was delayed, notice of the delay 2 days before scheduled installation date (did contractor just fall today?) especially irritating given that days off have to be pre-scheduled. Will request a refund if installation is delayed again. NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS. So far, not impressed. Scheduler I talked to on the phone was uncaring about the inconvenience, like my time isn't valuable?
