I purchased a 2016 16' cooler trailer from these people. We drove from AR to FL to pick it up. It wasnt even working properly at pick up. We asked Tom about the inside freezing up when we were picking it up, he said it was just because the door was left open. NOT. come to find out they hadnt even properly charged it, it was low on freon. Anyhow, so, we head to CA to sell produce, STILL not working right... after 2 technicians, they decide to swap unit. free of charge, of course, but at an extreme inconvenience, as we work every day. Long story short, it works after the swap for 1 year. Then the next year, end of season (only use it 4 months out of year), it is leaking freon like a sieve..... about $800 later, and it is STILL not fixed, to many holes in copper to find and fix..... NOT designed for HEAVY travel on rougher roads, no matter WHAT they say...... As of now, I contacted Tom at Cooler trailers back in January, asking for a contact in my area to work on cooler unit. NEVER called me back, and would NOT answer my calls after. We finally have taken out unit, and replaced it with a coolbot and A/C... go to storeitcold.com and they show you HOW to build a cooler trailer...... We have used these cool bots in 2 other refrigerated/insulated boxes and they work BETTER than his unit. we have a 25K BTU window air unit on a 22'x8'x8" old tonys pizza truck refrigerated box, and it works amazing! OVERPRICED, USED car salesman attitude, and *** units! Once he gets your money....... dont expect him to respond back if there are any problems. pictures show cooler trailer with window a/c and cool bot installed, old unit out, and old unit with many welds on copper tubing.. AGAIN!!! no matter what Tom says, this is NOT designed to travel a lot, it WILL get leaks!!!!!
