Shady billing practices and poor customer service

The Dispatch keeps billing me an extra $130 per year for "Premium subscriptions" and I have tried to resolve this with them over three years. I have a separate subscription to Columbus Monthly, so I'm basically paying for it twice at a much higher rate. My paper bill (for which I pay an extra $9.00 to receive) says Sat-Sun NO PREMIUM and $275 costs 7 months when it should last all 12. Ridiculous over-charging. They also called periodically to get me to agree to additional services and weren't going to mention the cost associated with it. Shady. It is very difficult to get a live person on the phone or to get that person to resolve anything. They say they will escalate and call you back. Not. I enjoy reading the paper but I'm done getting robbed and not trusting them. User's recommendation: Not worth the hassle of subscribing.
