My lawsuit against my mortgage company demanding they Produce The Original Note was just moved to Federal Court (cost $5.46 postage). The people who posted the foreclosure notice on my front door do NOT have the original note and therefore cannot foreclose and know it! Meantime they must continue to pay taxes and insurance. If they had the note all they had to do is tell me where it was located so I can view it.
