Bought a Samsung Galaxy S8 in December 2018 from DickSmith online (Kogan). As soon as I started using the phone, it echo's on the other side (person that I phoned). It also constantly loose network connection - internet and phone calls. I've send all the relevant photos and explanations to DickSmith, received the phone back Friday (3rd May ). How big was my surprise with the first call, it still echos, phone calls loose signal and cut out. Send an email back to help desk this morning - we start all over again, try 101 things that was done in December to try getting phone to work. After 6 months the phone is still a piece Dick Smith junk - send all old photos back with explanation of what is wrong, as the previous two ticket numbers are closed, no audit trial to speed up bad service, not sure what skill level they employed, as they are useless .
