I purchased a clock and oven control from Dappz. When the package arrived I could clearly see that I ordered the wrong part (mother board not the clock). Their warranty/return department gave me instructions how to return the part. I placed the part in the original packing material and box, then returned it to Dappz. They told me it would take 10-15 days for them to refund my money (all but $25 restocking fee). After almost 6 weeks they informed me there would be no refund since I installed the part. This was a lie. I could easily see that I had the wrong part. Why would I install an incorrect part. Bottom-line they now have the returned part and are keeping all my money. My opinion is this was dishonest and I would warn friends and family to run away from this company, do not do business with them.
