On several occasions I have encountered an employee named Jackie who usually seems to have a bad attitude. She has huffed and puffed, rolled her eyes and just seemed annoyed. Today though I went to the gas station part of King Soopers where she happened to be working to buy a cigar and some gas. I asked her for a specific cigar which they did not have. In turn I asked her a different cigar that was 2 for 99c. She proceeded to hand me the wrong item which I informed her was so where she then told me they were all the same price and muttered that I was an idiot. I was taken aback but simply stated that they in fact were not all the same price and which specific one I wanted. She seemed to have realized her mistake. But by then I already felt insulted. I thanked her by name and called to complain for a third time against this same employee. This is my local store and it's upsetting to be treated badly in your own community.
