Update by user Sep 29, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Talked to a operator and she said they would post a refund back to my acct.she sad the knife was a welcome for joining their club.didn't argue with me and I will have my refund in 3 to 5 days.I will let you know if I don't receive it.thanks randy.
