Shortly before Christmas I moved money from my bank to the cards as gits when I suddenly found my account ‘under review’ with all money and the cards blocked without explanation. Emails are being answered with “just wait a bit”, “we’ll escalate to management” but no action. What is going on with this outfit? Now a few days later, they confirmed that the $500 I put into the kids cards 'have settled' but still no one including me can access the account or the money. They don't even answer emails anymore
