I don't know why after having verified my address, my name, my drivers license... They have to review my claim for a stolen cell phone. Not like i'm not paying $199.00 for the replacement with insurance... What a crock of [censored]. If it weren't for the fact I have two other people on my verizon plan I would go anywhere else to get a new phone. I've been without a phone for over two weeks because I couldn't afford the deductible. No help.
