My loan was refinanced in 2016. I was told my escrow refund was sent to me, but I never cashed the check. I received a notice in late 9/20 that the checks had not been cashed and would be turned over to the State as unclaimed funds. I was given until 5/21 to sign and return and form confirming my address and request for the refund. I sent the form in 11//20. Despite NUMEROUS calls and emails, I have yet to receive my $. User's recommendation: Never use this company.
