I ordered an item that I received twice, and the rep told me to keep it and I would get a refund. Being a first time buyer, I didn't know that the credit is only good for 3 months and I think it's very important to let first time customers know this. Initially, I asked for my money back and agreed to get the credit because I really liked the products. After 5 months I wanted to buy more and my coupon expired, I contacted customer service, called several times, but my problem was not resolved. Make sure your store credit is only valid for 3 months.
