Really poor service

 In three weeks, two of my relatives died, and I had to communicate with some life insurance companies. I communicated with six companies and they regulated my claim in a week, but now eight weeks passed and I still haven’t received any money from the company Primerica. A week passed and then my letter was opened by the manager of Primerica. I wrote to email and they confirmed that my letter was received but in a week or later I received email requests for some additional information. The manager of claims doesn’t respond to my calls, that’s why the client’s representative has to deal with this work. It is a really poor service and this company can’t make any business. I wasted a lot of my time and nerves due to this company, I will never use their services again.
