Re-installed malware bytes unable to activate. Limit reached.

My product number MCJYH-YYW7J-RHDRC-7N2CS I had to re-install windows due to blue screen issues. I failed to uninstall malwarebytes. On re-installation I am unable to activate my premium membership due to LIMIT REACHED. I only use one PC single use of your product. I am currently using the free version and I hope with your help I will be able to activate my premium membership
