Quick Response For Payment/ Slow Response for Work
Reaching anyone at Ace Licensing is very difficult. Getting an email or phone response is extremely slow or none at all. I have a credit of $865.39 that I am trying to get work done since I have outstanding money. I have spoken with Samantha who has told me she is the Owner and Jennifer. I sent an email with my receipt attached to Samantha and Jennifer on 9/1/2015 expressing concern about not only the money I have available for services but a need for a NY Hutt. I was told a NY Hutt can take up to 2 weeks. Today is 9/10/2015 and I am unaware if they have filed for the NY Hutt. I have called-left messages and am getting not response.
