AE Autocycle Top Store is an online store that falls under the umbrella of Alieexpress.com. Normally if there is an issue with a product you buy online through one of their stores, you "open a dispute" through alieexpress to have them review the issue and decide for or against you. You have 15 days after recieving the item to open a dispute. I ordered some tire pressure monitors through alieexpress from AE Autocycle Top Store. I never recieved the monitors and then find out that they had been returned to the store by the courier. The store says they will refund me. A few days go by with no refund. So I open a dispute through alieexpress. AE Autocycle Top Store then emails me and says they will refund me but to close the dispute first. So in good faith I close the dispute. After that, AE Autocycle keeps delaying and delaying, saying "they never recieved the message" and "we'll take care of you" until after the 15 days are up. They then stopped responding to emails, as they knew I could not open a dispute through alieexpress. I have not heard from them in 2 months. Very fraudulent seller. They knew exactly what they were doing by delaying me past the 15 day dispute window with alieexpress
