Problem with Zelle

I didnt receive money through Zelle and called my local branch in Prospect, Kentucky and they refused to contact Zelle and resolve the problem. Then I called Zelle and they told me to talk to my local branch. Ive been a PNC customer for more than 30 years and am considering canceling my account. Im very disappointed in my local branch.
