After trying to make our final payment for Reservation #196****, we spoke to several agents who told us to "try again tomorrow". Still didn't work and we were at our wits end. Until today .....I spoke to Ruth and she gave instructions that immediately put things right. Ruth knew exactly what to do. We want to say HUGE THANK YOU TO RUTH. RUTH. say HUGE THANK YOU RUTH. recommendation
