Poorest customer service

Poor customer service during a request for towing. My daughter, Dion Nesmith, present member of AARP, has been stranded in Gainesville, FL for over 6 hours waiting for a tow truck to transport her to Tampa Bay, FL. They've given the tow truck drivers the wrong pickup and drop off address 3 times. The customer service representatives of AARP have disconnected her several times while holding to request another tow truck. It's 1:50am central time and 2:50 eastern time, my daughter is still waiting for a tow truck driver. Her AARP contract number is 39979****. My name Anna Allen I I User's recommendation: To get triple Aaa as your road side service.
