Poor, slow customer service

Ordered light, arrived broken, notified them immediately and they said they'd send out a replacement for the broken (glass) part. Waited 2 weeks never received. Finally they said it was backordered so I cancelled and asked for return label and credit. Said it would take 24 hours and it's now over a week and nothing. I am not happy. I've ordered many items on line and when they need to be returned usually can do it within a day or two with credit showing up almost immediately. Not them! Slow, slow, slow. At this rate I'll have to dispute the charges on my credit card account to insure I get my money back. If they want to be competitive they need to clean up their service.
