This is to feedback the poor service and bad attitude at DFA-ALABANG for passport renewal. At Counter 2, the lady just punched the existing passport of applicant without asking if applicant has upcoing trip or outbound travel. This is negligence on DFA side. Standard question (i.e. any upcoming trip prior on release of new passport?) should be asked to applicant before punching the passport. Or PUNCHING should be at the last step, on release counter. The lady Counter 2 was blaming the applicant for not informing them that applicant has an upcoming trip. How does an applicant know if that station would be the punching station? Didn't ask relevant question as well. Very diasspointing on attitude of the DFA-ALABANG. Sorry that your applicant was so STUPID!!!
