Poor service with online orders

Ordered parts for an outboard on June 2, 2020 and was notified that 2 of the parts were on back order. On September 2, 2020 I still had not received the parts so decided to check other online sellers for availability. Multiple online sellers had the same parts in stock so I notified Crowley that I wanted to cancel my order unless they could guarantee shipping within 2 days. The responded and said they would expedite my order and ship it in 2 days. Now it has been 2 more weeks and still have not received the parts. What a joke this place is. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING MARINE PARTS FROM CROWLEY MARINE!!! You will, most definitely, regret it. User's recommendation: Go someplace else.
