I hung in there a long time. I was promised a 50 dollar gift card when I signed up for the service. Never got it. I was promised 29.95 per month never got it. It was 49.95. The service would be ok for a while then quit working entirely one time completely out or very poor for 5 weeks. I did get some discounts, however all total they owe me about 300.00 dollars if they kept there word. I now have cancelled the service and they threaten collections....good luck
