Firstly after wearing the ring 4 hours the Gold-Plating is already wearing off. The product description does not tell you that the ring is not solid backed so the stone chosen looks like broken glass with nothing to reflect off from. Poorly designed and defective product and now the company is using the excuse thats going to be several weeks before they can provide service. User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere. Poor quality worse customer service.
