Placed an order for Tom Ford Foundation and Powder in the store on 7/18/2021, still have not received my order and customer service told me I have to wait three more business days before I can cancel. I have been waiting for 3 days to get a call back from a Manager User's recommendation: Find another store - Nordstrom Customer Service is TERRIBLE.
