Poor Customer Service and Defective Products

We are a public school. We ordered 1000 lanyards over the summer which were to be given to students to hold earned reward badges at the end of our first grading period. The lanyards were ordered with a lobster claw attachment to hold the badges. As we attempted to use the lanyards, about 40% of the lobster claw clips broke immediately. During the next two days, dozens of students reported that their clip had also broken. When we contacted the company, we were told that there was nothing they could do since it had been three months since we ordered the lanyards. I even sent them a picture of obviously unused lanyards with broken clips. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are selling defective/ inferior products.
