Pearl feet did not send product ordered and would not refund money. And/or sent cheaper product and tried to make me except it . Tried to blame me for the mix up. Took months of actual argueing

Pearl feet refunded all money User's recommendation: Not sure how I feel. Hard to talk to pearl feet. Seemed very unreasonable for months before allowing my refund. Tried to keep product and my money. Then wanted me to except wrong cheaper product for percent off next purchase. No refund for purchase in question. Ignorance about fairness. Took months to resolve.
