#desigual #poorquality #badservice #yasmalldesigual Very unfortunate experience at Desigual store in yas mall Abu dhabi in UAE. The manager is so rude and staff is so unfriendly, so hardly you see a smile on their face, not to mention we bought clothes for us, kids, purses on couple of ocassions. Irrespective of we buying, the attitude was rude. On the contrary, whether a customer buys or not it gives a feeling from the staff and especially the manager oh my god we have customers how come and we have to finally work. It's a ridiculous atmosphere. Many of our friends face the same in this branch. To top it up, my wife got a gift from her friend a leather hand bag and within months time handles got damaged, the skin of the bag started peeling off. After 6 months of patiently waiting and numerous reminders the brand manager changed it. We thought it could be one of case and on my wife's birthday she bought clothes for herself and kids liked one leather bag. We had a bad experience and checked with the staff and bought a higher price bag worth 400 aed thinking it will be fine. But guess what it happened again just after months time the leather started to come off and the manager instead of showing customer friendliness was not only rude and said ours is not pure leather and will let brand manager know. Even after 6 months now and couple of our visits the answers we get is that it's not her responsibility, she is waiting for brand manager to respond plus the rude way if talking. This is so immature response to say that she does do not know but she meant indirectly her colleague is not doing her or his job. I must say that she should understand it does not matter for a client whether it's you or your colleague or brand manager or the factory worker. Client is dealing with a good brand and expect a good product and above all good customer response to say the least. I am sure the Abu Dhabi yas mall branch of desigual has low turnover and its mainly because of the staff there led by the unfirendly manager. My reason for raising this on Desigual Facebook page is to make the management of desigual aware of this and hope we get a good response and not shy away from buying from you and the least is to get a replacement of our ladies leather bag or the refund not to mention a matured response from Desigual team. Still waiting for a quick action!
