ordered a fishing reel for salt water use, but was hoping to receive it. Tracked the package. Arrived, and it was just a piece of paper saying its back order. I'm like what the heck. They could of just called me or emailed me to let me know. Instead of making me wait for it an its just a piece of paper. I hope this don't happen to anyone else. And plus, they called me back after I sent them a email saying I'm going to give them a negative feedback and I want my money back and guess what the guy said, " ohh sir, we are so sorry for all this. We'll refund you the money back to your account and we'll ship the package to you at no additional charge. LIER, THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Wait months and never received the package. Guys, do not buy from them. Beware. Not recommended. Stay away. It's been 3 months now and I haven't seen it. Good job at lying Laguna. Keep up the bad work.
