As Brandon passed through the kitchen, he threw his company magnets on my fridge. When he looked at dryer and started it up, He made an un pleasant noise. He pressed to start and removed the bottom portion of dryer. That was it! No trouble shooting.Never used any tools or looked for any possible problem. He said it was the motor was the problem. He offered me some pully and rollers also.I didnt know what that meant ! The End I PAID $84. He said sign here and here. Since I was in process of cataract surgery I signed and wrote NOT HAPPY. ONLY GOD WOULD KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY DRYER WITHOUTTROUBLE SHOOT ING !! I CALLED OWNER Arnold Horn who wound up hanging up while yelling at me for saying what Brandon did was Bull *** Good going Arnie! Why didnt you at least give me a courtsey call? I believe this was not his first time at cheating people out of $85! Seems illegal and a fraudulent act to me. If you look up other reviews you will see that others have lost $85 and got nothing in return. I believe Arnold Horn, is an angry dishonest man. Shame on him and his finest employee Brandon.
