Overcharge for a Sushi for two

I ordered sushi listed on the menu for $ 32.00 and I was charged $76.00! We Usually have Sushi for two in Manhattan and we never paid less than $ 36.00 but not more than $42.00. I got a bill for $ 76.00 in a sub optimal restaurant in the periphery of New Jersey. Furthermore, no item in the menu was listed for more than 32.00. The waitress justified the overcharge with an order of "Chef special" which I never did. I just ordered a sushi listed for 32.00 on the menu and nothing else.
