Order not delivered as scheduled


I have not received my order, which was supposed to have been delivered on 9/18/21, and as of 9/19/2, 5:19 EST, I still have not received it. I placed this order in sufficient time so I could serve it for Sunday dinner today (9/19/21). I call Omaha Steaks customer service department informed them that FedEx did not know where the order was. I requested a refund from the customer service department, but he was that Omaha Steaks did not provide refunds for late deliveries and that it was FedEx responsibility. I have placed many orders with Omaha Steaks and this is the last order I will place with them.
