I ordered a hot tub cover, they said the express orders will take 12 - 16 business days which was an extra $75. I ordered standard free shipping. I thought how much longer could shipping take for a standard order. When I called to check on my order they said it will be 4 more months before I will get it. (It will take them 5 1/2 months to get my cover), Melisa the call supervisor , said I could pay the $75 for express orders or cancel for $150. What a scam, I asked to speak to her boss, she said she doesn't have their number. They are not up front about how long things take, The email when i ordered it did not tell me how long it will take and you only have 24 hours to cancel. What a business model, hope people cancel and get $150 bucks for doing nothing. Avoid this company. User's recommendation: Avoid this Affordable Spa Covers.
