Checked inn to Hampton Inn in Quebec Canada , went to room toilet broke could not flush called front deck they said maintenance went home this was around 4.30 pm finally front desk staff came to fix it also found toilet paper holder broke told front desk never got fixed , beds comfortable but sheets not fitted and they were always Just awful second morning no cream packs or sugar for coffee no face clothes both days we had to call down for them As I say this whole upset was very uncomfortable and not the way it should have been
