Not satisfied with customer service

I have received my oxygen supplies from Lincaire for several years. I have had so much trouble getting supplies from them. I am told there is no record of my order and try hey give a different excuse Everytime. Today they told me their computer had a glitch for the last two weeks. The people in the office are very nice but I'm going to have to find a different company to get my supplies from.cha
