Not informing of changes and messing with my billing

1

In March 2020 I subscribed for 1 year at a promo rate and paid in full by credit card. I asked that once payment was ran under card to take the card off file. In September, we moved and did a change of address. This was within local area. I did not receive paper on scheduled date of new start to address due to a "glitch in your system" Was to start on a Sat but did not start until following Tuesday. Then I look on line on my Bank Account and seen a credit posted from you. Called and asked why and was told I would be billed by paper monthly. Asked why the credit card was still on file - no answer given. Asked that they reverse-charge and told they would do but would take 7-10 business days. Then I get a paper bill for a different amount to pay each month. What it comes down to is that DSM Register is messing in my financial card and doing business without my knowledge and changing a contract to suit them, You need to be communicable to your customers as to what you're doing or not doing!
