Not Happy with Service Bloomex is Awful

I ordered the flowers for a special birthday, ordered 2 days in advance, website says you need to order before 2.pm for same day service, well I ordered 2 days ahead. The flowers were meant to arrive yesterday, I was told they were in transit and they would arrive before 9.pm. they never arrived, I call up today they are still in transit and they don't know when they will arrive, company and they don't know. I am id User's recommendation: NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
