My daughter and I went to get Botox injections. For frown lines for me and forehead, frown lines and crow feet for her. My frown lines did not change and I returned for a touch-up, same thing no change. I called and was asked to come in and the technician told me that I already had a touch-up and that I would have to pay full price again for another touch-up, even though it was very obvious that the injection had not worked. As for my daughter, it was obvious also there has been no change before and after. I was told the owner would not give us another touch-up. We have both had Botox many times before and only ever had to have one touch-up. So, I would say that they give you a special offer to get you in, but their product is sub-standard and it’s not worth paying less and getting ripped off. The technician who did the injections in the first place by the way, hit us with her needle wirh the force and speed of a woodpecker. I have never had such nasty experience before. Got serious headache and bumps for the rest of the day. I had booked for fillers, but I quickly cancelled. Total waste of money. We won’t be going back there again.
