I arrived at the commissary at 9 am on the 1st of April only to find out the hours I could shop that day was from 5 pm to 7 pm that night and that only active duty members were being allow to shop 8 am to 5 pm, needless to say myself along with several other retirees were mad and never gotten any info about this the beginning of March and you know the thing that got me mad was after traveling 40 minutes one way and seeing maybe 8 cars in the parking lot and they would not make an exception seeing as the store had so few people shopping at the time, so I will go back on Saturday to do my shopping but I have a feeling the commissary will be packed with shoppers or they will ration the amount of people allow to shop at any time again creating an even grater problem User's recommendation: be fluid as you never know what they are going to do.
