I never received my reward I was promised. At first, I sent them an email asking questions, but what I got was a bot generated email stating that someone from customer service will contact me soon and I have to wait. Of course, nobody did. It would be stupid to wait for them to reply. I don't know if my complaint will be useful for someone, but you surely don't have to deal with them judging by how they treat customers and all you hear is crickets...
