I ordered Warren Miller face of winter back in January , initialy I was asked to contact action sports video about my order which I did and confirmed my order and delivery details I then received an email confirming the item had been shipped , ive heard nothing since, no replys to emails or messages . ive bought blu ray from them before with no prblems at all until now. poor customer service.
