I received a falsely advertised 100% organic cotton comforter but it turns out it was filled with polyester which is a major toxin and the shell was not organic. I contacted customer service to get a return label for the box so I could send it back for a refund; they sent me a FedEx link which had absolutely no label on it I contacted them two more times asking for the correct label and no one has responded to me for two weeks User's recommendation: Look closely at "natural" and "organic" bedding details for kids bedding. Falsely advertised. Good luck getting a refund because they sent one erroneous return label and made no further replies to me asking for a new one. So I get to keep (or donate) the $79 toxic comforter that I don't want.
