Customer service is non existent. My last order was being sent everywhere but to me. It was then I learned they have no customer service. There is no way they are going to speak with you. As long as you don't have any issues you're fine but the true test of a company is their performance when something goes wrong. They washed their hands of it and did not want to hear about my trouble. What started as an attempt to inform them about an issue I was having turned out to be a futile exercise in being heard. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for quite a few years but will now look for my tea elsewhere. I want to feel good about where I spend my money and know I will be heard if or when there is trouble.
