We had our roof repaired and sealed (leaked) and got a 5 year guarantee on the work done. The roof leaks worse than before the repairs and at places where there were not leaks. I have been trying to get Alex McRae to come back and fix the problem for the last year and he keeps telling me he will. The problem has now escalated to the ceilings that also need replacing and the carpet will soon also need replacing. I did inform Alex that the leaks were getting worse and that the ceilings need replacing. He has still not even contacted me to make an appointment to come and do the repairs.
