New sign up password sent to email

"I would like to double check if my password got sent to my e-mail address (undisclosed)@yahoo.com? I guess I signed up with the wrong email address: (undisclosed)@gmail.com, which is no longer in use, by myself. Because, I still have not received the password for this account, which I have just signed up to, and was told I would get the e-mail with the password, which I am unable to sign-in without. Please change my sign in e-mail to (undisclosed)@yahoo.com and send me the password, to this same corresponding e-mail address, which is, jurina.hm@***.com. Thank you for your time, and sorry for any inconveniences caused.".. This message could not be sent since the ADrive system claims both email IDs are.not in their "system". As such, how do I contact them?!
