new account ban

1

Hi there, A couple months ago I had just gotten out of a relationship and decided to jump back on Tinder. I hadn't deleted my account when the relationship started, only deleted the app. So once installed, I logged into my account, gave it a fresh start, swiped for about 10 minutes and I got banned. I have been a PAYING Tinder user for YEARS, have never been reported, never had any major problems, I have no idea why I was banned. All I recieved was an automated email saying "too bad" essentially, and when I inquired why I was sent another automated response saying "no further information can be given at this time". Also adding I had a Tinder gold subscription during this with no refund.
